Delete Your Account
Type of Request
If you temporarily deactivate your account, you cannot login to website portal and app. For now you can request your organization or you main careprovider to deactivate your account
When deleting your account, your profile and all data will be permanently removed. If you'd just like to take a break, you can temporarily ask to deactivate your account with your organization or careprovider instead.
To request the permanent deletion of your account from the app:
If available in your app
- Login with your email/username and password
- Click the ☰(hamburger icon), Click Request Delete My Account
To request the permanent deletion of your account from the website portal: (Under maintenance)
- Login with your email/username and password
- Go to settings, Click Request Delete My Account
In case the above options are not available due to maintenance. Request the permanent deletion or deactivating of your account with your organization or main careprovider
Note
Once your request has been done, Immediately your account will be deactivated or deleted and inaccessible. If deleted, your data will remain for 30 days of your account deletion request and deleted after. Copies of your data may remain after the 120 days in backup that we use to recover in the event of a disaster, software error, or other data loss event. We may also keep your information for things like audit trails, logging etc.
